2021 Platform and Reaffirmations

  • We support law and order and those who preserve it. We support well-funded police departments and well-trained police officers around the country. We support strong internal processes and systems to find and retrain or remove personnel that abuse their authority.
  • We believe the three branches of government are separate and serve distinctly different functions. We support equal distribution of power between these branches of government and specifically do not want to see activist judges in the SCOTUS or the structure of that court changed to produce a more political body. We believe that it is the job of the courts to interpret the law and not create it.
  • We support equal rights for all U.S. citizens with a concentration on equal rights for those who are transgender. We do not support preference groups having superior access to opportunity to produce equal equity. To further clarify this position, we support equal opportunity and recognize that it may not produce equal outcomes. Equity and outcomes are determined by how an individual uses the opportunity made available to them. Where equal opportunity doesn’t exist, we support rectifying the issues causing the disparity.
  • We support the Civil Rights Act of 1964, legislation, policies, legislators, and laws that promote and produce equality for the transgender population. We oppose legislation, laws, legislators, and policies that discriminate against the transgender population.
  • We support preserving fairness in all sports with an emphasis specifically on fairness in sports for women born XX. Transgender women (women born XY) currently possess an unfair advantage due to their stronger bone and musculature structures along with higher capacity heart and lungs compared to women born XX. Therefore, it is our position, at this time, that transgender women should not compete in sports with women born XX.
  • We believe in small government and prefer laws that are less rather than more intrusive while still preserving community health and safety.
  • We support a strong and well-funded military with the ability to project force around the world.
  • We support state voter ID and secure voting systems.
  • We support state laws created by the state legislation for elections.
  • We support legal immigration and secure borders.
  • We support freedom of religion.
  • We support a strong educational system that promotes and produces graduates with superior academic ability and defers moral value education to parents. We support an educational system that protects students from bullying.

  • We support freedom of speech on social media and revising or repealing Sec 230 of the Communications Decency Act.
  • We support the 2nd Amendment and strong background checks.
  • We support the removal of Critical Race Theory and 1619 Project indoctrination in our schools, workplaces, and military. We condone neither discrimination nor reverse discrimination.
  • We support the preservation of statues depicting our past leaders and founders. We support placards added to statues that are considered controversial by local communities.
  • We support defeating terrorism and terrorists before they reach the borders of the United States.
